I am a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with young people, adults and their families. I trained at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and the Tavistock Clinic in London, and hold qualifications in psychoanalytic psychotherapy (ACPP), Mentalization-Based Treatment for Families (MBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in supporting people with anxiety, autism and behavioral disorders, and have worked in the United Kingdom for over 10 years (NHS-CAMHS London) and as a coordinator at a center in Barcelona. Today I combine my clinical work with motherhood, which gives me a close perspective on emotional challenges. This is why We Are Psycho was born, a quality online platform to accompany you. Taking the first step is already important: here we will work together to turn your challenges into an opportunity for growth.Keep readingShow less

Do you feel that emotional discomfort is preventing you from being who you really are—at work, with others, and with yourself? Not observing what emotions you experience means you don't manage them, and these emotions become entrenched, appear at moments when they shouldn't, and make you feel disconnected from yourself, apathetic, and even anxious. Have you tried other therapies before and they didn't work? It is not your fault; likely what you tried wasn't the right approach for you or you weren't offered personalized support. If you want to receive treatment with the best scientific evidence and effectiveness we have to date, do not hesitate to contact me. I am Martí Rodríguez, a General Health Psychologist from Barcelona, and I believe in therapy that is warm, clear, and practical, where you feel accompanied from the very first moment.Keep readingShow less

I understand therapy as a space of safety, humility, and mutual respect. I specialize in Relational Psychotherapy based on attachment and bonding within humanistic therapies (training at the Instituto de Interacción / Comillas University), as well as holding specific training in Brief Psychotherapy and Trauma (IPSA Levante). My passion for understanding the complexity of human problems has led me to focus my practice on individual psychotherapy, placing special emphasis on the history and subjectivity of each person. My approach is integrative and holistic: I don't treat isolated symptoms, but accompany unique individuals. If you are looking for a space where you feel heard without judgment and work deeply on your wellbeing, it will be a privilege to accompany you.Keep readingShow less

When the process belongs to a family, so does the platform
Supporting a teenager is not adult therapy in miniature. This is what already works at We Are Psycho.
Linked accounts
The family and the young person each have their own, joined by care authority.
Booking with approval
The young person requests an appointment and their guardian approves it before it is confirmed.
Separate conversations
The therapist talks to the young person on one channel and to the family on another.
The account becomes theirs
At the right age the young person keeps their account without losing the record of their process.
