I work from an integrative and systemic approach, with a focus on attachment and trauma, accompanying therapeutic processes aimed at understanding emotional distress from its roots and not only from the symptom. My work is based on helping each person understand how their life experiences, relationships, and emotional wounds have influenced their way of feeling, bonding, and inhabiting the world. Often, what currently generates anxiety, insecurity, emotional blockage, or suffering has its origin in past experiences that continue to affect the present. In therapy, I consider it essential to offer a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space, where each person can feel understood, held, and accompanied with respect for their timing and needs. A space from which to explore one's own history, integrate what has been lived, and develop new ways of relating to oneself and others from a place of greater security and emotional well-being. I especially support processes related to gender-based violence, emotional dependency, anxiety, self-esteem, relational trauma, and difficulties in affective bonds, working from sensitivity, emotional validation, and therapeutic care. I understand therapy as a process of self-knowledge and deep transformation, aimed not only at alleviating suffering but also at building a more conscious, balanced life connected with oneself.

I came to therapy at a time when I felt I had lost myself a little. I couldn't explain what was happening to me, but I had less and less desire to do things, to be with people and to enjoy what used to make me happy. Over time I've begun to understand many things about myself tha…
The hardest thing for me was admitting that I wasn't okay. I've always been the person who can cope with everything, the one who listens to others and tries to solve everyone's problems, and admitting that I needed help too was incredibly hard for me. In therapy I've discovered…
I started out looking for a way to control my anxiety and ended up discovering a lot about myself: there were patterns repeating in my relationships, in the way I made decisions and even in how I spoke to myself when I made a mistake. Putting names to them has changed the way I u…
For a long time I confused loving others with forgetting about myself. I found it hard to say no, I was afraid of letting people down and I ended up feeling guilty even when I tried to do something for myself. In therapy I'm learning that looking after myself doesn't mean loving…
