I don't know where to start...
Do you have anxiety, suffer from an addiction, can't sleep, feel depressed, unmotivated, or alone? Do you feel like you need to talk to someone but don't know where to start?

Clinical Psychologist
Professional registration number: 11250
I am a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with young people, adults and their families. I trained at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and the Tavistock Clinic in London, and hold qualifications in psychoanalytic psychotherapy (ACPP), Mentalization-Based Treatment for Families (MBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in supporting people with anxiety, autism and behavioral disorders, and have worked in the United Kingdom for over 10 years (NHS-CAMHS London) and as a coordinator at a center in Barcelona. Today I combine my clinical work with motherhood, which gives me a close perspective on emotional challenges. This is why We Are Psycho was born, a quality online platform to accompany you. Taking the first step is already important: here we will work together to turn your challenges into an opportunity for growth.Keep readingShow less
I am a psychotherapist graduated from Ibero Puebla with postgraduate studies from ISEP Spain. My approach to accompaniment is based on a biopsychosocial model, which recognizes the relationship between body, mind, and environment, integrating tools from various psychological approaches. This allows us to explore how the person in their context builds themselves from meaning, beliefs, and values. This perspective enables me to understand distress not as an isolated symptom, but as a complex response to personal history and the spirit of each person. In my consulting space, I use cognitive-behavioral therapy to identify and transform thought patterns that limit personal development, adding strategies from third-generation therapies and humanistic approaches, to cultivate balance and self-regulation in the face of existential pressures.Keep readingShow less
Child and adolescent clinical psychologist
Professional licence number: 13083183
I am a psychologist graduated from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, with postgraduate studies from the Universidad Internacional de Valencia. I provide psychological care to children, adolescents, adults, and families from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, integrating tools from schema therapy, strategic brief therapy, and attachment theories. I believe that each person comes to therapy with a unique story. Therefore, my work focuses on building a safe space, based on empathy, where we can understand how each individual's experiences have influenced their way of thinking, feeling, and relating, promoting the development of resources to face difficulties in a more flexible way and in line with each person's values. From this approach, I accompany processes related to anxiety, depression, difficulties in emotional regulation, family conflicts, decision making, and development of skills to cope with difficult situations. Additionally, I accompany mothers, fathers, and caregivers in developing respectful parenting, strengthening parental competencies and family bonds to respond sensitively to the emotional and developmental needs of children and adolescents.Keep readingShow less
When the process belongs to a family, so does the platform
Supporting a teenager is not adult therapy in miniature. This is what already works at We Are Psycho.
Linked accounts
The family and the young person each have their own, joined by care authority.
Booking with approval
The young person requests an appointment and their guardian approves it before it is confirmed.
Separate conversations
The therapist talks to the young person on one channel and to the family on another.
The account becomes theirs
At the right age the young person keeps their account without losing the record of their process.
