We imagine a world…
…where young people, adolescents, and their families can normalize mental-health struggles and easily reach affordable, accessible, professional psychological support.
Our purpose
We aim to build a society that destigmatizes mental difficulties and prioritizes emotional wellbeing with empathy and inclusive professional support.
Why a penguin?
At Psycho, we believe everyone has their own internal battles. We're all a little psycho, and that doesn't make us weak — it makes us human. So why a penguin as our brand symbol?
Penguins are unique animals. They walk awkwardly, different from the rest, but the moment they dive into the water, they become true masters of movement. They're social, yet they can also feel lonely. They're strong, resilient, capable of surviving the harshest climates, even when everything seems to be against them.
Our penguin also has two X's on its eyes. A symbol that can mean many things: the feeling of disconnection, of not fitting in, of feeling invisible or even overwhelmed. It's also associated with death, but for us it symbolizes rebirth — the start of a new chapter. A way to claim that we all have our struggles, but they don't define us. They make us authentic. They make us us.
At Psycho, we want you to know you're not alone. Whoever you are, whatever you feel, this space is for you. Because we all have our psycho side, and that's okay.
