TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Purpose

We Are Psycho, S.L. (hereinafter, "the Platform") operates as a technology intermediary connecting independent psychology professionals with individuals seeking online therapy services in Mexico.

2. Nature of the Service

The Platform acts exclusively as a technology marketplace. It is not a healthcare provider. Therapists are independent professionals holding a valid Cédula Profesional issued by the SEP (Mexican Ministry of Education), responsible for their own professional practice.

3. Applicable Jurisdiction

For users residing in Mexico, these terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, including the Federal Consumer Protection Law and other applicable legislation.

4. Requirements for Use

The user must be 18 years of age or older, or have authorization from their legal guardian. For minors, the legal guardian must accept these terms and conditions.

5. Consumer Protection

In accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, the user has the right to:

• Receive clear and accurate information about the services offered
• Protection of their personal data
• File complaints with PROFECO in case of non-compliance

6. Modifications

The Platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Platform with at least 30 days' advance notice.
