1. Data Controller

We Are Psycho, S.L., located at c/ Lepant 270, 08013 Barcelona, Spain, with Tax ID B21836408 and email address info@wearepsycho.com, is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

2. Personal Data Collected

To provide our services, we may collect the following personal data:

Identification and contact data: name, email address and date of birth (when you provide it, for example when managing a minor's account)
Sensitive health data: the reason for consultation and concerns you share, clinical notes written by your professional (stored encrypted), session summaries and, only with your express consent, temporary session transcripts
Payment data: your card details are processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers
Image and voice during video calls: transmitted in real time and never recorded or stored
Usage and technical data: IP address, device and pages visited
Professionals' data: if you are a psychology professional at Psycho, we also process your professional license (cédula profesional), the fiscal and banking data needed to settle your fees (RFC, fiscal postal code, CLABE), your public profile (photo, biography, presentation video) and, if you connect your Google Calendar, your busy periods and list of calendars (a read-only integration you can disconnect at any time)

3. Purposes of Processing

Primary purposes (necessary for the service):

Connect you with psychology professionals and facilitate online sessions
Manage your account, appointments, payments and billing
Respond to your queries and requests

Secondary purposes:

Improve our services and produce anonymized statistics
Only with your consent, advertising measurement

4. Sensitive Data

The Platform processes sensitive data related to your mental health. Processing this data requires your express consent, which will be requested at the time of registration.

Session transcription requires an additional, specific consent, which you can revoke at any time without affecting your access to therapy. Audio is never stored, and the transcript is automatically deleted once the session summary has been generated. The summary is stored with your clinical notes and is accessible only to the professionals involved in your care and to Psycho's clinical director as part of their supervisory role, always under the duty of confidentiality.

5. Transfers and Data Processors

Your data is processed primarily in the European Union, where our main infrastructure is hosted. To operate the Platform we use service providers that may process data in the European Union or the United States, including: Clerk (identity and access), Convex (database, EU), Vercel (web hosting), Stripe (payments), Postmark (transactional email), Daily.co (video calls), Deepgram (transcription, only with consent), Ollama Cloud (AI-generated session summaries), PostHog (analytics, EU), Sentry (error monitoring), Cloudflare (video delivery) and Google (calendar integration for professionals and, with your consent, advertising measurement).

All of them are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations, and receive only the data necessary for their function. Beyond these processors, we do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where legally required.

6. ARCO Rights and Consent Revocation

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO Rights), as well as to revoke your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at: dpd@wearepsycho.com. We will respond to your request within the timeframes established by the LFPDPPP.

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may contact the competent Mexican data protection authority.
