I am a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with young people, adults and their families. I trained at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and the Tavistock Clinic in London, and hold qualifications in psychoanalytic psychotherapy (ACPP), Mentalization-Based Treatment for Families (MBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in supporting people with anxiety, autism and behavioral disorders, and have worked in the United Kingdom for over 10 years (NHS-CAMHS London) and as a coordinator at a center in Barcelona. Today I combine my clinical work with motherhood, which gives me a close perspective on emotional challenges. This is why We Are Psycho was born, a quality online platform to accompany you.
